After we've been to do a first clean, you can initially expect to see water droplets on the glass. As we use pure water, it will dry after a short while with no residue. Where there are vents above a window, or if a window hasn’t been cleaned in sometime. It’s not uncommon to see some dirty drops on the window as the pure water drips from around the windows or vents after we've left. After a couple of cleans, the windows will stop doing this.

We pride ourselves on our cleaning service. However, we are not a renovation service, so if you have substantial staining or marking it may not be possible to remove. If you have any windows that do need particular attention, please let us know prior to the clean so we can discuss the best approach.

We will message or email you the day before the cleans to remind you we're coming. If you can make sure access is available around the property and the windows are closed, that will be great.

If we don’t see you when we’re there, we’ll leave a card so you know we’ve been.

After your first clean, your next clean may be more or less than the quoted weekly clean period. After that, you will be in your postcode route day and your cleans will be the agreed set period.
